• Make payment at the time of preorder
• Receive the product within the estimated delivery timeframe (subject to change)
• Accept that product specifications may be updated before final shipment
• Understand that preorder discounts are non-transferable and final

2.3 Not Medical Devices

Our products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, including sleep apnea. They are not a substitute for prescribed medical therapies such as CPAP. Always consult a healthcare professional before use if you have medical concerns.

3. Use of Products

3.2 Safety and Contraindications

Please review the Safety & Usage information on our website before use. Do not use our products if:

• You have severe heart or breathing problems
• You cannot breathe comfortably through your nose
• You have active skin irritation or sensitivity to adhesives
• You have consumed alcohol or sedatives (for Sleep-More™)
• You have recent nasal surgery or injury (for Breathe-More™)

Discontinue use immediately if you experience discomfort, rash, breathing difficulty, or any adverse reaction.

4. Orders and Payments

4.1 Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice. Preorder prices are locked at the time of purchase. Prices do not include shipping, taxes, or customs duties.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify. We do not store your complete payment card information. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.
