Feel More Energy LLC ships worldwide! We're committed to getting your products to you quickly and safely so you can start feeling more energy as soon as possible.
2. Processing Time
2.1 Standard Orders
- Processing Time: 1-3 business days
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays)
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day
2.2 Preorders
- Estimated Ship Date: Will be communicated at time of preorder
- You'll receive an email notification when your preorder is ready to ship
- Preorder customers receive priority shipping and VIP access
Preorder Benefit: Early supporters get first access and expedited processing when products launch!

4. International Shipping
We ship to over 100 countries worldwide! Delivery times and costs vary by destination.
4.1 Estimated Delivery Times
- Canada: 7-14 business days
- Europe: 10-20 business days
- Australia/New Zealand: 12-25 business days
- Asia: 10-20 business days
- Latin America: 15-30 business days
- Rest of World: 15-35 business days
4.2 International Shipping Costs
International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination country
- Package weight
- Selected shipping method
4.3 Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Important: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are not controlled by Feel More Energy LLC.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive:
- A shipping confirmation email
- Tracking number for your package
- Link to track your shipment in real-time
Note: Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to activate after shipment.
6. Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted carriers to ensure safe delivery:
- Domestic (US): USPS, UPS, FedEx
- International: USPS International, DHL, FedEx International
The carrier is selected based on your location and shipping method to ensure the fastest, most reliable delivery.
7. Shipping Restrictions
7.1 PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
We ship to PO Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) via USPS only. Expedited shipping is not available for these addresses.
7.2 Remote Locations
Shipping to remote or rural areas may require additional time and may incur extra fees.
8. Order Modifications
Need to change your shipping address or cancel your order?
- Contact us immediately at support@feelmoreenergy.com
- We can only modify orders that haven't been shipped yet
- Once tracking is generated, the order cannot be changed
9. Delivery Issues
9.1 Delayed Shipments
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery date:
- Check the tracking information for updates
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
- Reach out to us if the package is delayed more than 5 days
9.2 Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you didn't receive it:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Verify the delivery address on your order
- Contact us within 7 days — we'll help investigate
We are not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery, but we'll do our best to assist you.
9.3 Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damaged box and products
- Contact us immediately at support@feelmoreenergy.com
- We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund
10. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to:
- Incorrect address provided by customer
- Multiple failed delivery attempts
- Refused delivery
We'll contact you to arrange reshipment. Customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.
11. Holiday and Peak Season Shipping
During holidays and peak seasons:
- Processing and delivery times may be extended
- We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery
- Expedited shipping is highly recommended for time-sensitive orders
