At Feel More Energy LLC, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a satisfaction guarantee to ensure you're happy with your order.
2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products from the date of delivery.
2.1 Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, your return must meet the following conditions:
- Request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
- Item must be in resalable condition
2.2 Non-Refundable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened packages of Mouth Tape or Nasal Strips
- Used or partially used products
- Products without original packaging
- Products damaged due to misuse
3. Preorder Refunds
3.1 Before Shipment
You may cancel your preorder and receive a full refund at any time before the product ships. Simply contact us with your order number.
3.2 After Shipment
Once your preorder has shipped, our standard 30-day money-back guarantee applies (see section 2).
4. How to Request a Refund
Step 1: Contact Us
Email us at support@feelmoreenergy.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return (optional but helpful)
- Photos of the product if damaged or defective
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
We'll respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Step 3: Ship the Item Back
Package the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided. Include your RA number on the package.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Step 4: Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
5. Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase:
- Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days (depends on your bank)
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Shop Pay: 3-5 business days
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different variant or quantity:
- Request a refund for your current order
- Place a new order for the desired product

7. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, we'll make it right:
- Full Refund: Receive a complete refund including return shipping
- Free Replacement: We'll send a replacement at no cost
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage or defect.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier. However, we recommend:
- Filing a claim with the shipping carrier
- Contacting us at support@feelmoreenergy.com — we may be able to assist
9. Promotional Items and Discounts
If you received a discount code or promotional item with your order:
- The refund will reflect the actual amount paid after discounts
- Free gifts or promotional items must be returned with the order
- Discount codes are non-transferable and cannot be reissued
10. International Returns
International customers are responsible for:
- Return shipping costs
- Any customs fees or duties incurred during return
We do not refund original shipping charges, customs fees, or duties for international orders unless the product is defective or we made an error.
